PRODUCTION & TRANSIT TIME

  • Production time - 1-3 business days to customize and prepare you personalized jewelry. We pre-print the shipping label 1 day before it ships.
  • Shipping Methods - We offer several shipping options to accomodate your preference and urgency.

  • Tracking - We will provide you with tracking number via email 1 day before it ships. Please allow 24-48 hrs for tracking info to be updated in the carrier's system (sometimes longer if USPS don't scan it along routes)
